S. Census <br />City Administrator Schnelle said the staff does not have the time to go <br />out and check the 1980 Census and it is recommended that the city hire someone <br />who knows the city to do this. There is a owman by the name of Helen Wimple <br />who has been involved in the census for Ramsey and Andover and is very familiar <br />with the procedures and she is interest in doing this. <br />Mayor Gamec said to make sure the bordering houses of P~msey were counted. <br />Councilman Cox s~ggested hiring someone for a short time to spot check. <br /> Mayor Gamec informed the Council that the census letter said the minimum. <br /> time for checking for census accuracy is 10 hours. <br /> Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to hire <br /> someone to spot check the 1980 U.
