Applicant acknowledges that failure to complete improvements as specififed <br />above on or before October 30, 1980, shall result in the forfeiture of <br />financial securities provided the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />6) Applicant shall notify the City of Ramsey at least 72 hours in advance <br />of the date dapplicant is ready for final inspection of his site, and of <br />his request for releast of financial guarantees provided the City of Ramsey <br />in Item #5. <br />7) If applicant does not commence construction on or before September 30, <br />1980, the City approval shall be considered null and void unless an ex- <br />tension of time is granted by the City Council. <br /> <br />8) Applicant understands and agrees that permits shall be required for the <br />following: <br /> <br /> a) Installation of tanks and pumps as approved by the <br /> State Fire Marshall's office <br /> <br />b) Advertising signs <br /> <br />9) That the applicant understands and agrees that the additional driveway <br />he will be installing westerly of his existing building is temporary and <br />may have to be removed at such time as 167th Avenue is upgraded to M.S.A. <br />standards. <br /> <br /> All provisions and requirements of this co{tract shall run with <br />the land and become the obligations of the Petitioners' heirs and assigns. <br />The Petitioner will execute the necessary legal document which sh~ll be re- <br />corded causing these obligations to be of record in the Anoka County <br />Recorder's Office. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agree- <br />ment to be executed as of the day and year first above written. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> /I~s President ~ _ <br /> <br /> <br />
