PUBLIC HEARING <br />Board of Adjustment <br />City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County <br />State of~dnnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the R~msey City Council held a <br />Board of Adjustment Meeting regarding variance for setback requirement on <br />167th Avenue N.W. (~£AS) Road to place self-service gas pumps in front of <br />the Moroz Hardware Store and said continuation to the hearing was held on <br />Ju2y 22, 1980 at the R~msey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, ~Hnnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: ~yor C~mec <br /> Councilm~n Sorteberg <br /> Councilman Nickelson <br /> Co~mcilman Reimsmm <br /> Councilman Cox <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Mickelson at 7:40 P.M. <br />Council discussed the fire lane location on the site. <br />It was stated that the gas tanks will be 54 feet from the center line of <br />167th Avenue. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Mayor Gamec to accept the findings <br />of fact as presented. <br /> <br />M~tion carried. VotingyesMayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mdckelson, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded byMayor Gamec that the location of <br />the.west driveway on the site is subject to change in the future, should <br />Council decide to upgrade 167th Avenue, and that the developer shall pro- <br />vide handicap parking sufficient to meet state requirements. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes M~yor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, <br />Reimann aud Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilman Cox to adjourn the'Board <br />of Adjustment hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, <br />Re~m~un and Cox.
