NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Commercial Development Revenue Bond or Note <br /> (Super Bowl, Inc. Project) <br /> <br /> A public hearing will be held by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, at the City Hall, <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard Northwest, Ramsey, Minnesota, at <br />7:30 p.m., June 23, 1981, for the purpose of considering a <br />proposal that the City undertake and finance a commercial <br />development project in the City. A meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey will follow the hearing, at <br />which a resolution giving preliminary approval to the fi- <br />nancing of the project will be considered. <br /> <br /> The project, proposed to be operated by Super Bowl, <br />Inc., a Minnesota corporation, would be an addition to an <br />existing bowling and recreational facility to be constructed <br />on land presently owned by Super Bowl, Inc. within the <br />City. The estimated principal amount of the obligations <br />proposed to be issued by the City is $475,000. A draft copy <br />of the proposed application to the Commissioner of Secur- <br />ities of the State of Minnesota, together with all attach- <br />ments and exhibits thereto, will be available for public <br />inspection at the City Hall during regular office hours. <br /> <br /> <br />
