CONTINUATION <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ramsey will <br />meet in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota at 7:00 P.M. on June 30, 1981, <br />to continue the hearing regarding the consideration of making a tarvia <br />street improvement and drainage improvement on the following street in <br />the City of Ramsey~ <br /> <br /> The street is located in the plats of Bower's Mississippi <br />Acres, Bower's Mississippi Acres 2nd and 3rd Additions and adjacent <br />unplatted areas in Sections 29 and 30, Township 32, Range 25, all in <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, and said street is specifically named as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Bowers Drive N.W. lying south of Highway #10 N.W. to <br />its end <br /> <br />The above street is located in the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 29 and the East Half of Section 30, <br />Township 32, Range 25W, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The area proposed to be assessed is the property abutting <br />on the described street. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of such improvement is $174,225. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the <br />proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
