170.0711.82 In the event of a violation or a threatened violation of this <br />ordinance, Ramsey or the Commissioner of Natural Resources, <br />in addition to other remedies, may institute appropriate <br />actions or proceedings to prevent, restrain, or abate such <br />violations or threatened violations. <br />170.0711.83 Any taxpayer or taxpayers of Ramsey may institute mandamas <br />proceedings in the District Court to compel specific per- <br />formance by the proper official or officials of any duty <br />required by this ordinance. <br />170.0712 EFFECTUATION <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage, approval, and publication as provided <br />by lave. <br />IN <br />-21- <br />
