The Teale's are a nice, young couple who are personal friends. <br />They are having some financial problems and made arrangements to live with <br />me for a period of time. Except for the neighbors right next door the <br />living situation has worked out nicely. <br />Your letter referred to the conversion of my basement into a duplex, which <br />is a complete misconception. rly basement cannot be converted bec ^use <br />there is no place for a shower or another laundry room While we are <br />together the facilities have to be shared. T he Teale's are like members <br />of my family and I'm glad to be helping them ou <br />I can't understand wkly I would need a conditional use permit butster,se <br />contact me if you feel that is necessary.
