We are enclosing a copy of <br />this paragraph for your review and information. The current <br />use of your home, whereby you have two families residing in <br />the same dwelling, changes your single family residence to <br />a duplex and is a code violation. <br />Please be advised that in order to avoid any further action <br />by the City, you shall do one of the following: <br />It <br />1) Discontinue the use immediately and establish a time <br />for City Staff to inspect your residence to confirm <br />that the use has been discontinued. <br />2) Apply for a Conditional Use Permit for those items <br />of noncompliance and immediately allow for inspection <br />of the premises-to determine compliance of the building <br />code as it pertains to rental property. <br />• <br />The above must be accomplished on or before August 15, 1981. <br />This time frame wiII - allow you the opportunity to discos this <br />matter with the Ramsey City Council at their meeting of July 28, <br />1981, at 6:OO p.m., should you desire to do so. Please notify <br />us if you do sae wish to discuss this with the Council..
