T <br />their meeting on July 6, his approval was contingent upon several <br />set forth in the license <br />conditions. These conditions of licensure are <br />attachment. <br />There are several new license conditions relating to new monitoring wells, <br />additional parameters, increased bond, new monitoring policy, laboratory <br />reporting and quality control requirements, annual ground water gradient <br />review and report, annual water monitoring data evaluation, etc. These <br />requirements become effective July 1, 1981. New wells are to be provided <br />no later than September 15, 1981- Changes i sample analysis, <br />including <br />sdi <br />houl be <br />quality control, are effective on July 1, 1981. Arrangements should be <br />made with your engineer and laboratory concerning these items.
