Enclosure (D3 -1) contains the Building Official's <br />memo dated July 22, 1981. <br />Council past action on a request to move in a house was with <br />Mr. Titterud and you required a public hearing in that case <br />• plus an agreement with him. <br />Council Action Your action will be to approve /disapprove or <br />go through the public hearing route like we did with Mr. Titterud. <br />0 <br />
