Councilman Sorteberg. Voting nor None. Dennis Donovan read the following from the Park Board minutes of their last meeting: "A motion was made by Swanson and seconded by Lokker that the Park Commission express their concern over a statement made by a Councilmember at the June 23, 1981 Council meeting that was totally false and slanderous. The statement that Park Commission members "Fabricated a need for the bond issue" indicates either a total misunderstanding or ignorance of the background concerning this issue. That same evening, the Commission was instructed to proceed with park improvements similar in nature to those proposed in the bond issue. The Council is free to ask for the resignation of the Commission if they are of'the opinion that the members are not acting in the best interests of the City. This motion was approved unanimously." Bower's Mississippi: Acres 2nd and.3rd Additions and adjacent unplatted areas in Sections 29 and 30, Township .32, Range 25, all in Anoka County,Minnesota, and said street is specifically named as follows: Bowers Drive N.W. lying south of Highway #10 N.W: to .its end The above street is located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 29 and the East Half of Section 30, Township 32, Range 25W, City of Ramsey, Anoka Anoka County, Minnesota.
