He stated 153rd is shown on the north side <br />with a 66 right -of --way however it was.inadvertently <br />omitted on the plat. Soil borings were not included, however <br />it.is nymore loamy sands in area and grounds can support <br />structure and there is adequate drainage for a septic <br />system. The front lot line is 335.18 and is shown on <br />the plat. Mr. Kvenbeck misunderstood the setback requirements. <br />He doesn't have a plan yet and that will be determined . <br />when the access to the property is. <br />Building Official Berg stated he like Outlot A to <br />remain an outiot to help as a guideline for future subdivision. <br />Mr. Albert stated the City still has'- a.zoning ordinance and <br />it would not necessary to make it an outlot. <br />Mr. Albert discussed the Anderson.subdivision plan and <br />submitted a proposed future subdivision plan that would <br />not be binding for future subdivision. <br />The Commission discussed the Anoka County letter dated April <br />15, 1981 regarding access to CSAH #5 and stated the <br />proposed layout is unacceptable. <br />Commissioner Deemer stated the County has not seen <br />P &Zljl4ly 7 1981 <br />
