n J this preliminary plat as their letter is dated prior to the preliminary plat date. Mr. Kvenbeck stated no street is necessary at this time. Chairman Peterson stated a combined access should be considered. Dr. Thomas Anderson stated Mr. Marx has not contacted him in regard to this matter. He would prefer to see street access with individual driveways. Mr. Kvenbeck asked Dr. Anderson if a street were constructed would he be willing to go 33 feet. Dr. Anderson stated yes they previously agreed to go the 33.feet however nothing was mentioned about paying for the road, and he would not commit to go the 33 feet and pay for part of the road now. Chairman Peterson stated that wasn't in the minutes. • Commissioner Deemer stated the concensus.at one time was the Commissionrecommend a street on the north side, on the south side of the Anderson property; street or joint access be entering into as opposed to any other access on the common boundary; not any.further south then 66 feet of Lot 1, Block.l. Building Official Berg stated they have submitted a site plan to the county in April. it provides access to County Road 5 which is acceptable to the County. General discussion re the county and access to-County Road 5. Motion by Commissioner Deemer to table until comply with all requirements in July 1, Consulting Engineers letter. Commissioner Deemer stated that is not a road. Mr. Albert stated this is a preliminary plat.
