f Motion by Commissioner Dunn and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to recommend to the City Council to allow for the subdivision of this property, preliminary plat of Marx Estates, subject to providing a street.dedicated.and constructed on this property that will extend to the rear of the property zoned as outlot A; and comply with the July 1, 1981, Consulting Engineer Letter as follows: 1. N /A, 2. Taken care of. 3. Waive 4. Comply with. 5. Will comply with. 6. Supply grading plan. 7. Submitted. 8. Delete 9. Comply with the wishes of the park board. Pay park fee only on Lot 1, Block at this time and rest is to be collected when they subdivide the rest of the parcel. Discussion: Commission in favor of the motion except for Commissioner Deemer. He wants clarification for the record to see the whole project before voting; he wants the street alignment, grading.plan on paper prior to approval of recommendation be given. Motion carried.
