s <br />,t <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner <br />Schneider to recommend approval of the Home Occupation Permit <br />Agreement as submitted.in the agenda with the following <br />additions: <br />7). A turn around be provided constructed of <br />suitable material so there is no backing <br />out onto the street. <br />8). Comply with state board cosmetology requirements. <br />9). Permittee shall replace and/or repair septic <br />system if failure or difficulties should occur. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman.Peterson, Commissioner- - <br />Dunn; Commissioner Zimmerman, Commissioner Ellis, Commissioner <br />Schneider and Commissioner Deemer. Voting no: None. <br />This should be placed.on.the..City Council agenda for the <br />July 28th meeting. <br />2A) Mr. Al Stahl, 149.63 Nowthen Blvd. <br />Mr. Stahl came before the commission and stated he would lake <br />• conditional use permit to make small molds or discs on <br />• part -time basis he, his wife and son are doing sub - contracting <br />work for 3M, TT &T, Thermo Tech and.Honeywell. <br />Chairman Peterson explained the procedures for a conditional <br />use permit, the public hearing, staff investigation, etc. <br />Bill Aydt discussed with.the Commission a driveway.easement on <br />Nowthen Blvd and would like to get the property.legall.y <br />subdivided. <br />Chairman Peterson explained the platting procedure to Mr. <br />Aydt. <br />3) Zero Lot Lines <br />The Commission generally discussed the Zero Lot Line process <br />and Chairman Peterson asked for volunteers to help draft <br />an ordinance. Tt_was suggested this be brought up at <br />the recodification meeting. There were no further comments <br />discussed regarding this matter. <br />Chairman Peterson thanked Lynn Clark for her.taking the <br />minutes for the Planning and Zoning Commission.. <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by.Commissioner <br />Zimmerman to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion carried.
