seminars, etc. Please refer to enclosure (D2 -p) <br />for proposed resolution. <br />Council Action Your action will be to approve /dis- <br />approve /amend the contents contained in this above <br />enclosure. <br />CASE #24: ADOPTING RESOLUTION WHICH ESTABLISHES A FORMAL POLICY <br />FOR BILLING CITIZENS FOR FIRE CALLS <br />Enclosure (D2 -q) contains a proposed resolution which <br />establishes a formal policy in billing out fire calls. <br />Currently, the City has only a verbal policy here on <br />this. <br />Council Action Your action will be to approve/dis- <br />approve/amend the resolution contained in the above <br />enclosure. <br />CASE #25: SETTING-PUBLIC HEARING'DATE TO'ASSESS OUT COUNTRY- <br />SIDE ESTATES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #80 =15; 153RD, <br />154TH, XENON AND ZIRCONIUM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />c� #80 =16; TUNGSTEN STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #80 -17 <br />Council will have to set a public hearing date to <br />assess out the above projects, as these projects <br />are now fully completed. It is recommended that <br />the public date be set for September 8, 1981. <br />Council will first have to adopt a resolution de- <br />claring cost to be assessed and ordering preparation <br />of proposed assessments for each of the above projects. <br />Council should review their policy regarding the <br />` assessing of the Tungsten Street Project #80 -17 <br />�k' before we adopt the above mentioned resolution, as <br />this project could be a problem. <br />Council Action Your action will be as follows: <br />a) Adopt resolution declaring cost to be assessed <br />out on the above projects. <br />b) Adopt resolution for hearing on proposed <br />assessments. <br />CASE #26: FINANCING 1982 PROJECTS <br />Council will have to give our Fiscal Agent the go- <br />ahead to set up the bonding for the 1981 public <br />improvement projects. <br />1 12 <br />L <br />P <br />
