In this <br />case, we will need outside help preparing speci- <br />fications. <br />CASE #18: ISSUANCE OF OFF - SALE LIQUOR FOR RALPH'S COUNTRY MEATS, REQUEST <br />FOR <br />Ralph's Country Meats is requesting that they be issued an <br />off -sale liquor license. I have informed him that the current <br />ordinance allows only the issuance of two off -sale liquor <br />licenses in the City of Ramsey. Consequently, if the Council <br />does want to grant another off -sale liquor license, you will <br />• have to amend paragraph 130.092(5) of the Liquor Ordinance <br />which is enclosed as enclosure (D2 -m) for your information on <br />this case. You can issue as many off -sale licenses as you may <br />want; however, you can only issue 12 on -sale liquor licenses. <br />Council Action Your first action if you want to issue more <br />off -sale liquor licenses will be to amend the City Ordinance. <br />After this has been accomplished, your policy has been to pub- <br />lish the opening of liquor off -sale licenses for all individuals <br />i <br />who qualify. I guess we have to follow your past policy. <br />CASE #19: POLICY ON MOVED -IN STRUCTURES: <br />At your last Council meeting of June 23, 1981, you adopted <br />Resolution #81 -63, establishing a policy on the moving in of <br />structures of less than 580 feet Accordingly, enclosure (D2 -n) <br />• is forwarded for your information on this case. <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note or amend if you feel <br />it doesn't the language you want in it. <br />CASE #20: LEGISLATION <br />The following is submitted on this case: <br />a) Meeting with Governor - Representative John Weaver <br />will be setting up a meeting with GovernnorQuieof between <br />August 15 and September 1, 1981.
