NUGENT PIG FARM <br /> <br />Mrs. Cyndy Rychner was present and discussed the problem. Councilman Cox <br />said this is a small parcel adjacent to a platted area and not really a <br />farm operation. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Counci]Joan Reimann to send <br />a letter given them ten (10) days to be in compliance with the City Ordi- <br />nance and if no compliance, then the City Attorney should proceed to prose- <br />cute. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Ga~nec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />BUILDABILITY OF CERTAIN LOTS <br /> <br />A) R0mUO KR MER <br /> <br />It was agreed that the lot was not subdividable unless the street was in- <br />cluded in its size. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Cox to adopt <br />Resolution #80-149 adopting the finding of fact regarding Mr. Ronald Kramer <br />and that ~&r. Kramer be charged one assessment because the property (Parcel <br />5685 Plat 89206) is not benefited to the extent of the assessment as it is <br />not subdividable under the existing ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, DLickelson, <br />Reimann and Cox..Voting no NoneJ- <br /> <br />B) HAROLD HANSON <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec asked how this problem_related to Mr. KramerJand he said if <br />asthetics are a criteria; then~these are the sa~ne problem. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sortebert to adopt <br />Resolution #80-149a adopting findings of fact regardingMr. Harold Hanson <br />and to assess Mr. Hanson for two lots as the vacant, lot has 25% buildability <br />and is, therefore, a buildable lot. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Ndckelson, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />STATE LOCAL AID <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that City Administrator Schnelle, City Attorney Goodrich, <br />Mayor Gamec and CounciLman Cox attended a meeting on November 7, 1980, with <br />members of the League of Small Cities regarding the inequities to local aids. <br />He also announced this group wo~ld be meeting with Governor Quie on <br />December 5, 1980 to explain the problem to him and solicit his assistance iu <br />resolving this problem. <br /> <br />C/November 10, 1980 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
