You should be advised that even tjx)ugh the Nugent's may satisfy <br />the MPCA requirements with regard to their operat~on the Ramsey local <br />ordinances will not necessarily be satisfied. I refer specifically to <br />the City of Ramsey Code Chapter 110.09, "Keeping of Certain Animals," and <br />the City' s nuisance regulation, Chapter 110.17, "Public Nuisance." <br /> <br />'You are further referred to Lloyd Schnelle's letter to the ~gent's dated <br />August 30, 1979 and September 13, 1979 respectively. Said letters are <br />attached hereto and unless cc~plied with, I will be reqll~red to take appro- <br />priate enforcement proceedings. <br /> <br />Finally, you are further advised that any expenditure .made by the Nugent's <br />in order to comply with MPCA re~lirements will still not cause the Nugent's <br />operation to oonform to the Ramsey Code, and therefore, the expenditures <br />may not be made in reliance on oontinuing the operation in its present <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />William K.
