Subject to <br />road over the East 33 feet thereof. Except the North 500 feet thereof <br />and Except the West 664 feet thereof. Reserving an easement for railroad <br />spur line and utilities over the West 50 feet thereof.. Subject to <br />easements of record. <br /> <br /> General location - Property Address: 14550 Armstrong Blvd., N.W. <br /> Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Zoning of Property and approved use: i-i/Industrial <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT <br /> 1) The Applicant shall submit to the City of Ramsey eleven (11) <br />copies of the final site plan which conform to all City of Ramsey <br />conditions of approval - one' copy to be stamped approved by the City of <br />Ramsey and returned to the Applicant. <br /> 2) Applicant shall complete his building or facility no later <br /> than August 1981, and all landscaping and other site work as per the <br /> stamped approved final site plan no later than August 1, 1981, and post <br /> a bond to cover two (2) full growing seasons for the landscaping as <br /> described below. <br /> <br /> <br />
