AGREEMENT TO PLAT <br /> <br />THIS AGREMENT is by and between GILBERT A. I~ENKVELD and NORMAN D. HOLM, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Developer" and the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "City". <br /> I. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developer is the fee title owner of the following <br />described tract of land in the City of Ramsey, to-wit: <br /> That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br /> of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, lying Northerly of <br /> the Burlington Northern, INc., railroad right-of-way, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ralph Nissen has applied to the City for a building <br />permit and site plan approval to construct an improvement on a part of <br />said tract above described, and <br /> III. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The City has certain subdivision controls and standards <br /> as found in its subdivision code, Chapter 170.03; and <br /> IV. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ralph Nissen desires to purchase from the developer a <br />parcel of land as shown on that certain drawing presented to the City <br />entitled "site plan" dated August 15, 1980 and drafted by Volp Construction <br />Company, drawing No. 1637 in order to construct his improvement; and <br /> V. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ralph Nissen desires to commence construction on his <br /> improvement prior to the completion of the required platting process. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1) That the Developer will proceed forthwith to plat the entire <br /> tract of property described in Paragraph I above, and complete said <br /> platting on or before March 1, 1981. <br /> 2) That the Developer in platting, will comply with all City <br /> Code requirements relating to subdivision and platting. <br /> <br /> <br />
