6) The Southerly access into the site from Armstrong Boulevard <br />as shown on the August 15, 1980 site plan shall be a permanent access. <br />The Northerly access shown on the August 15, 1980 plans shall be temporary <br />and will be removed when the property to the North of the site is developed <br /> the Southerly <br />and a frontage road constructed. At such development time, <br />access above described shall be designated for ingress only.
