TO: City Administrator <br /> <br />FRC~: City Attorney <br /> <br />DATE: November 19, 1980 <br /> <br />RE: Holkers Hazardous Buildings <br /> <br />We have not had contact from Holkers regarding these buildings. I have <br />spoken with TCF Service Corporation and they advise that Holker owns the <br />two lots the buildings are located on in High Point. TCF says it also has <br />urged Holkers to remove the buildings as ~hey affect the saleability of <br />their lots, but Holkers will not cooperate. His only response to TCF is <br />that he is suing the building movers for not placing them on their <br />foundation. <br /> <br />I recon~nend we proceed with a hazardous building action against Holker. <br /> <br />WKG:sb <br /> <br /> <br />
