AIRPORT ELEMENT <br /> <br />1) Provide adequate airport facilities to meet air travel <br /> needs in the R~m~ey area. <br /> <br />Adopt adequate zoning smd subdivision regulations to <br />minimize future conflicts with air travel within pro- <br />posed flight paths. <br /> <br />POLICIES <br /> <br />1) R~m~ey will monitor seaplans using the Mississippi River <br /> for possible conflict with recreation use. <br /> <br />2) Ramsey will inform Mn/DOT's commissioner of any proposed <br /> structure higher th~n200'. <br /> <br />3) The _City of Ramsey wilt modify existing land use regula- <br /> tion in accordance with the airport plan reconmnendations <br /> if a suitable site is found in Ramsey. <br /> <br /> <br />
