PUBLIC HEARING <br /> City of Ramsey <br /> Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Ramsey City Council held <br />a public hearing regarding Industrial Revenue Bond Issue $ Case of <br />Alan C. Phillips on October 28, 1980, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., R~msey, Minnesota 55303. <br />Members Present: Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilman Sorteberg <br /> Councilman Reimann <br /> Councilman Mickelson <br /> Councilman Cox <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec called the meeting to o~der at 7:35 P.M. <br /> Mr. Phillips was present and presented samples and sketches for council <br /> review. He said the type of work they did was electronic assembly.- - <br /> The size of the building is 30,000 sq. ft. in Ramsey Industrial-Park- <br /> by the airport. It will be a brick building and the work is relatively <br /> clean. <br /> <br /> He was asked if the boards were made there. <br /> Mr. Phillips said they just put the parts on the boards and they were <br /> not a bare beard manufacturer. <br /> Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to close <br /> the public hearing. <br /> Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reims-un, <br /> Mickelson and Cox.
