Flintwood Hills 1st Addition: Developer waiting on resolving County <br /> Ditch No. 43 problem before~completing drainage ditoh in this plat. <br /> b. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Developer has petitioned the County <br /> to vacate the portion of C~nty Ditch No. 43 which crosses the plat. <br /> No change from last month. <br /> <br /> c. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: No change from last month. <br /> d. Pineview Estates: Project work completed with the exception of <br /> required maintenance due to erosion. I talked to the developer and <br /> he is still planning to complete the work. <br /> e. Gateway North Ind. Park No. 2: Developer has completed the work on <br /> the project. Paving was to b~ delayed until utilities are installed <br /> as decided by the City Council. <br /> <br /> f. Oakrid~e Estate~: Project is complete with the exception of minor <br /> repairs and cleanup. <br /> <br /> g. Pondvale Estates: The preliminary plat was approved by the Council <br /> on October 28,~980. <br /> Project has been completed with the exception <br /> h. Trott Brook <br /> of minor restoration work. <br /> i. Pine Hills North: Project complete with the exception of some ditch <br /> work and clean-up. The completion date on this project was September 30, <br /> 1980. I talked to the developer and he is still planning to complete <br /> the work. <br /> <br /> <br />
