Comments: I hope we can get Council action on the implementation <br />section of the proposed Comprehensive Plans. If we can get this <br />accomplished we can get our proposed Comprehensive Plan mailed <br />out to our neighboring communities for their approval. <br /> <br />We still have to complete the Five (5) Year Capitol Improvement <br />Program Budget but this doesn't have to be reviewed by our <br />neighboring commuuities. However, we can have the five year <br />CIP done in a few weeks. <br /> <br />Council Action: Approve/disapprove the implementation section. <br />I guess Council in their action will just review all the proposed <br />recommendations and then act on what they want in this document. <br /> <br />CASE #12: TUNGSTEN STREET STORM SEWER COND~MNATION; CASE OF BLOOMS: <br /> <br />CASE #13: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-h) contains the City Attorney's meno dated <br />November 19, 1980, regarding the above stated condemnation. <br /> <br />Comments: I concur with the City Attorney on this case in which <br />he recommends we awsrd them $6,300. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove.
