Please refer to (D-3 case #6) under <br />Council New Business of the aforementioned agenda as you were <br />furnished information from the DNR on this case and a letter <br />from Commissioner Fields dated October 23, 1980which also set <br />up meeting dates on this issue. Mayor Gamec and Councilman <br />Sorteberg did attend the meeting which was held at the Bunker <br />Park Activity Center on November 6, 1980, on this issue. Council <br />also received a letter dated November 7, 1980 from Commissioner <br />Ed Fields on this issue which was discussed at your meeting <br />November 10, 1980. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-g) contains the City Engineer's letter dated <br />November 20, 1980 in regards to the Wet Land Issue as I asked <br />our City Engineer to meet with Clayton and Merle on it. Accord- <br />ingly, they did meet and their comments are contained in en- <br />closure (D2-g). Council may want to review the drainage study <br />which you all have copies of in regards to this issue. <br /> <br />Council should make a definite response on this issue and I <br />think be in accord with the above City recommendation. <br /> <br />Council Action: According to the County's letter dated <br />October 23, 1980, you have to respond to this no later than <br />December 5, 1980, to the County and they in turn will respond <br />to DNR. This letter was enclosed as enclosure (D3-f) in your <br />October 28, 1980 agenda. <br /> <br />R~PLEMENTATION SECTION OF THE PROPOSED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: <br /> <br />The implementation section of the proposed Comprehensive Plan <br />was forwarded out to Council members on November 13, 1980 to <br />give you adequate time to review it. Also the Plsnning and <br />Zoning had a special meeting on it November 18, 1980 on this <br />case. Their recommendation will be available for your review <br />on this case at the meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec did attend this meeting so he will also be able to <br />convey the Planning and Zoning comments on this issue. <br /> <br /> <br />
