city council, the supplier of that information must be identified <br />along with the identification of any special interest, associa- <br />tion, cable company or the like represented by said lobbyist. <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city <br /> of Ramsey adopts the following procedureS: <br /> <br /> 1. All individuals sharing information with <br /> individual city council members, city staff, <br /> or the city council as a whole, shall identi- <br /> fy themselves and any special interest, asso- <br /> ciation, cable company or the like which he <br /> or she iepresents. <br /> <br />To this end, and in furtherance of this reso- <br />lution, the city Council hereby establishes - <br />the permanent lobbyist registration list com- <br />piled by the secretary of the city Council, <br />made a permanent addendum to the Minutes of <br />the city Council, and made a part of the sim- <br />ilar permanent lobbyist registration list of <br />the Anoka/Champlin/Ramsey cable commission. <br />Any individual, association, cable company or <br />the like who supplies or intends to supply <br />information to the city Council, any part <br />thereof, or any City staff member shall re- <br />port in writing to the secretary of the city <br />council the name and affiliation of the per- <br />son communicating with the city Council, part <br />thereof, or city staff member. <br /> <br />To facilitate compliance with these proce- <br />dures, it is the intention of the city coun- <br />cil to presume that a lobbyist communicating <br />information regarding cable television to <br /> <br /> <br />
