7 . 1
Honorable Mayor and City Council
City of Ramsey
October 23, 1980
Page 2
6. In review of the drainage, Lots 1 and 2 of Block 2 are proposed to be used
as a percolation basin. This will eliminate the necessity of crossing
private land with drainage. Also 149th Lane N.W. has been revised to drain
to C.S.A.H. #5.
7. It is our understanding that the developer is requesting approval on the
entire plat at this time and that he will be completing the final plat in
phases. At the time of phase one final plat approval we would recommend
temporary cul -de -sacs be constructed on any dead end streets and appropriate
drainage easements be provided.
We would recommend approval of the preliminary plat contingent on items stated
in this letter and payment of the park fee be made at the time of the final plat.
If you have any questions regarding the preliminary plat, please let us know.
Yours truly,
CONSULTING ENGINEERS DIVERSIFIED, INC.
Peter R. Raatikka, P.E.
PRR /jav
• cc: Council Members
Lloyd Schnelle, City Administrator
Leisure Wood Ponds Development Co.
File: RT2:15 -68
