However, due to the <br />fault of City Staff the public hearing notice was not pub- <br />lished in the paper. <br />4) Public hearing notice dated October 28, 1980, to review <br />the present house size ordinance. <br />Comments: This was supposed to have been before the City Council <br />at your October 14, 1980 meeting but due to an error here by City <br />Staff, we neglected to get the hearing notice published for the <br />October 14, 1980 meeting. <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve /disapprove of <br />an ordinance change in the housing regulations. <br />INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BOND ISSUE $1,000,000 CASE OF ALAN C. PHILLIPS <br />REQUEST FOR APPROVAL: <br />Enclosure (D2 -f) contains the following information: <br />a) Letter from Lindquist and Vennum dated October 17, 1980, <br />which contains notices of publication of the public hearing by <br />their firm. <br />b) Contains notice of public hearing published in the Anoka <br />paper. <br />c) Copy of proposed sample resolution. <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve /disapprove/ <br />amend the proposed resolution that they are requesting you to <br />adopt. The City has no financial committment in regards to <br />these bonds.
