Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adopt <br />Resolution #80 -_a Ordering Improvement and Preparation of Plans and <br />Specifications, Street Improvement Project #80 -16 (153rd Lane N.W. and 154th Lane N.W., <br />Zirconium Street N.W. and Xenon Street N.W.). <br />Motion carried. Voting yes -Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox. <br />Voting no -None. Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #80- 114. <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by <br />possibility of extending 153rd Lane N <br />of upgrading and blacktopping it in this <br />Councilman Mickelson to examine the <br />.W. to Hemalite Street and the possibility <br />project <br />Motion carried. Voting yes -Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox. <br />Voting no -None. <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution #80 115 approving plans and specifications and ordering advertisements <br />for bids for Project #80 -15 and said bid opening date for these projects to be <br />October 20, 1980 at 11 A.M. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes -Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox. <br />Voting no - None. Voting yes -Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox. <br />Voting no -None. <br />5) Housing Size <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to schedule <br />a public hearing for October 14, to review House Size Ordinance. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes -Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox. <br />Voting no -None. <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adjourn <br />the special council meeting. <br />Motion carried.
