TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on October 28, 1980 at 7:30 P.M. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, located at 15153 Nowthen Blvd., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of this meeting is to consider the adoption of the following language and thereby repealing Section 1 of Ordinance #80 -6. The language proposed is as follows: 1) One - family structures shall have at least three (3) livable rooms and the overall dimensions shall contain an area of not less than nine hundred sixty (960) square feet on the first floor, including foyer and exclusive of garage. 2) Full two -story homes shall have a minimum of eight hundred (800) square feet on the first floor, exclusive of lofts, balconies and any other similar construction which is not a full story and exclusive of a garage. All other homes with more than two (2) levels, excluding basement level, shall contain not less than nine hundred sixty (960) square feet on the upper two (2) levels. 3) All homes must contain a minimum of one thousand one hundred (1,100) square feet on the first floor, including foyer, unless a garage of four hundred forty (440) square feet minimum is included with the home, then the provisions of para- graphs 1 and 2 above shall apply. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and comment on the ordinance change. Written comments are also welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 Nowthen Blvd., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. Written comments will be received at the above address prior to 5:00 P.M., October 28, 1980. Lloyd G.
