Citizen Input <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the public meeting to order at 10:17 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Vice Chairperson Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Shepherd to close the public <br />hearing at 10:17 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Johnson, Commissioners Bmuer, Cleveland, <br />Shepherd, and Van Scoy. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt, and Commissioner <br />Levine. <br /> <br />Commission Input <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Brauer to recommend that the <br />ordinance for an addition of Section 9.27 (Urban Storm Water Pollution Control for New <br />Development) of the Zoning Chapter of City Code be adopted. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Johnson, Commissioners Brauer, Cleveland, <br />Shepherd, and Van Scoy. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt, and Commissioner <br />Levine. <br /> <br />Case #11 <br /> <br />Discussion of Proposed Amendments to Section 9.11.02 (Accessory <br />Structures) of the Zoning Chapter of City Code <br /> <br />This case will be continued to the Mamh Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Case #12 Staff Update <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik advised that they are looking for a possible <br />date for the Planning Commission to meet with a facilitator to ramp up the Planning Commission <br />for the Comprehensive Plan update. The date was tentatively set for February 13th. <br /> <br />Case #13 Zoning Bulletin <br /> <br />The Zoning Bulletin was noted. <br /> <br />OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy noted they should also be looking at a joint session with the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Johnson agreed, noting the City Council has to step up and do something quick <br />about the cluster ordinance or these cases will be stacking up.
