ORDINANCE NO. 06- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR UILITY PURPOSES IN THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412,851 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easemem is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> All drainage and utility easements lying over, under and across Lot 1, Block l,Westby <br /> First Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
