AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under ~e authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated road right-of-way is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />All that part of 167th Avenue N.W. and Marble Street N.W. as dedicated in the recorded <br />plat of Westby First Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the westerly <br />extension of the south line of Lot I, Block I, Westby First Addition.. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
