WHEREAS, on August 8, 2005, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on August 11,2005, and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash payment; and WHEREAS, on September 13, 2005, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with contingencies that included revision of the City's Comprehensive Plan to indicate an alignment for 167th Avenue that is south of the Plat boundary; and WHEREAS, the City's update of the Comprehensive Plan, that was in process during the time frame of the Brookfield preliminary plat review, was to include the realignment of 167th Avenue N.W.; however, the City has delayed that Plan update and herein confn'ms the intent to include the realignment of 167th Avenue N.W. in the next Comprehensive Plan update; and WHEREAS, on January 31, 2006, the Developer submitted the final plat documents for Brook_field First Addition. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat and site plan approval of Brookfield accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: a) Compliance with City StaffReview Letter dated March 9, 2006 b) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duty seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 14th day of March, 2006.
