Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING LETTERS OF RESIGNATION FROM <br /> PLANNING COMMISSIONER MEMBERS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received letters of resignation from Mr. Robert Johnson <br />and Ms. Deborah Shepherd; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council would like to fill these vacancies as quickly as <br />possible. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STA'TE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey accepts the Personnel Committee's <br />recommendation to <br /> <br /> 1. Accept the resignation of Mr. Robert Johnson, Planning Commission Vice Chair <br /> and direct staffto begin the recruitment process to fill Mr. Johnson's seat. <br /> <br /> 2. Accept the resignation of Ms. Deborah Shepherd, Planning Commission member <br /> and direct staff to begin the recruitment process to fill Ms. Shepherd's seat. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 14th day of March 2006. <br /> <br />-244- <br /> <br /> <br />
