Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE POLICY <br />FOR APPOINTING BOARD AND COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council would like its practices and written policies for <br />reappointing board and commission members to be consistent. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the reconunendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to amend the Policy for Appointing Board and Commission <br />Members as follows: <br /> <br />Evaluation Process <br /> <br />a. Evaluation panel <br /> <br />The evaluation panel for City board and commission applications is comprised of <br />the chair and vice-chair, or the chair's designee, of the applicable board or <br />commission, the three members of the City Council's Personnel Committee, and <br />the Human Resources Manager or Assistant City Administrator in a non-voting <br />capac ................. ~ .......................... r, .................. v <br /> <br /> ..... t~ ~ -^,~ c^. ~ ,~,~1 ^c ~:.
