TASK FORCE INPUT <br /> <br />Park Commission Liaison Mike Rolfe said that he has a copy of Elk River's tree ordinance if <br />anyone wants to review it. Mr. Rolfe also noted that as the EPTF gets into researching wetland <br />issues and regulations, they should request a presentation fi'om J. Michaels, president of <br />Minnesota Erosion Control Council. Mr. Michaels has a fund he draws from which enables him <br />to make presentations regarding erosion control. The Task Force members directed Mike Rolfe <br />to schedule a presentation with J. Michaels. <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />· Mr. Max prepare a "tree house of horrors" exhibit for the Expo. <br />· Mr. Max will have The Tree Book published in time for the Expo. <br />· Mr. Boos coordinate adjacent booths for Parks and EPTF at the Expo. <br />· Mt'. McDilda make an identification placard for the EPTF booth; consider making an <br /> exhibit that identifies the EPTF mission statement, the need for new members fl'Oll-i time <br /> to time, and a summary and public hearing date for the draft tree preservation ordinance. <br />· Ms. Connolly to provide an easel at the Expo booth, <br />· Mt'. Rolfe to invite J.
