Chairperson McDilda reported that he has received a written request from Committee Member
Margaret Connolly for a leave of absence. Given the current activity to transition from a Task
Force to an Environmental Policy Board, the consensus of the Committee was that no action
was necessary on the request for leave of absence from the Task Force. If Ms. Connolly wishes
to continue to serve, she should obtain the proper forms from the City and apply for a position
on the Policy Board.

Case #4: Environmental Expo

Consensus of those present was that the EPTF should participate in the annual Environmental
Expo. The exhibits this year should focus on wetland buffers and their purpose. There should
also be some Ramsey Tree Books available at the booth. Mr. McDilda volunteered to submit the
forms to the Expo Committee.

TASK FORCE INPUT

None.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Committee Member Sitz and seconded by Committee Member Bauer to adjourn the
meeting.

Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Committee Members Olds, Sitz, and Bauer.
Voting No: None. Absent: Committee Members Max and Connolly.

The meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Sylvia Frolik
Asst.
