Ms. Frolik to place review of draft purpose statement for the wetland buffer ordinance on the <br />May 17 agenda. <br /> <br />All committee members to get their items of interest for the environmental expo to Mr. McDilda. <br /> <br />Mr. McDilda will be the point person in coordinating the EPTF booth at the Expo. <br /> <br />Mr. Bacon contact QCTV for a tape of the April 5 meeting and request tapes of the May 3 and <br />June 7 meetings. <br /> <br />Mr. Olds noted that using the wall in the meeting room as a screen for the power point <br />presentations does not work well. He suggested that the Ms. Frolik contact May and June guest <br />speakers for hard copies of their presentation to facilitate displaying them on the cable t.v. elmo. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Committee Member Jon Olds and seconded by Committee Member Michael Max to <br />adjourn the meting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Committee Members Olds and Max. <br />Voting No: None.
