Ms. Frolik noted that the Park Commission allocated $1,500.00 for the reprint of The Ramsey Tree Book. Copies will be available for the Environmental Expo. Mr. Bacon advised that because EPTF will be displaying posters at the Expo, they need to pre- register with Jill Smith at the Community Education Office. It was decided that EPTF and Parks should be located right next to each other and 3 tables between the two groups should be adequate. Mr. McDilda will be the point person in coordinating the EPTF booth at the Expo. Case #4: Discuss Preparation for May Guest Speakers Mr. Bacon was asked to contact QCTV for a tape of the April 5 meeting and request tapes of the May 3 and June 7 meetings. Ms. Frolik stated that Chris Lord, Ed Musielewicz and Steve Jankowski are confirmed for May 3. Mr. Olds noted that using the wall in the meeting room as a screen for the power point presentations does not work well. He suggested that the presenters be asked to provide Ms. Frolik with hard copies of their presentation that she can display on the cable t.v. elmo so the residents at home get better reception of the presentation. Ms. Frolik said that she would follow up on that suggestion. TASK FORCE INPUT None. ACTION ITEMS Mr. McDilda, Mr. Olds, Mr. Bacon, Ms. Connolly and Ms. Sitz are to email their amended text assignments to Sylvia Frolik for merging into one document.
