This ensures all bidders are bidding off the same set of plans, and all <br />bidders are notified of any plan revisions (addenda) issued during the bidding process. Attached is the title sheet <br />showing the scope of the improvements. Plans are available upon request from the City Engineer. <br />Notification: <br />If Council approves plans and specifications and authorizes advertising for bids, bids will be advertised on <br />Friday, March 31, and again on Friday, April 7, 2023, both in the City's official newspaper, the Anoka Union <br />Herald, and in Finance & Commerce. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #23-064 approving plans and specifications and authorizing advertisement for bids for <br />Improvement Project #23-07, 2023 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements. <br />Funding Source: <br />Funding for this improvement is proposed to come from Pavement Management Funds and Stormwater Utility <br />Funds. <br />Staff has completed an estimate based on the final plans and anticipated 2023 construction costs, with a total <br />estimated project cost of $696,500, which includes 14-percent indirect costs for administrative, engineering, <br />finance, and legal costs. <br />• Street Construction Costs $5949200 <br />• Storm Sewer Costs $161800 <br />
