HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 110100-9 <br />9.1 Subd. 41. Hemp seed. "Hemp seed" means the viable seed of the plant of the genus <br />9.2 Cannabis that is intended to be planted and is reasonably expected to grow into a hemp <br />9.3 plant. Hemp seed does not include cannabis seed or hemp grain. <br />9.4 Subd. 42. Hemp worker. "Hemp worker" means any individual employed by a hemp <br />9.5 business and any individual who is a contractor of a hemp business whose scope of work <br />9.6 involves the handling of artificially derived cannabinoids, lower -potency hemp edibles, or <br />9.7 hemp -derived consumer products. <br />9.8 Subd. 43. Industrial hemp. "Industrial hemp" has the meaning given in section 18K.02, <br />9.9 subdivision 3. <br />9.10 Subd. 44. Intoxicating cannabinoid. "Intoxicating cannabinoid" means a cannabinoid, <br />9.11 including an artificially derived cannabinoid, that when introduced into the human body <br />9.12 impairs the central nervous system or impairs the human audio, visual, or mental processes. <br />9.13 Intoxicating cannabinoid includes but is not limited to any tetrahydrocannabinol. <br />9.14 Subd. 45. Labor peace agreement. "Labor peace agreement" means an agreement <br />9.15 between a cannabis business and a bona fide labor organization that protects the state's <br />9.16 interests by, at minimum, prohibiting the labor organization from engaging in picketing, <br />9.17 work stoppages, or boycotts against the cannabis business. This type of agreement shall not <br />9.18 mandate a particular method of election or certification of the bona fide labor organization. <br />9.19 Subd. 46. License holder. "License holder" means a person, cooperative, or business <br />9.20 that holds any of the following licenses: <br />9.21 (1) cannabis microbusiness; <br />9.22 (2) cannabis mezzobusiness; <br />9.23 (3) cannabis cultivator; <br />9.24 (4) cannabis manufacturer; <br />9.25 (5) cannabis retailer: <br />9.26 (6) cannabis wholesaler; <br />9.27 (7) cannabis transporter; <br />9.28 (8) cannabis testing facility; <br />9.29 (9) cannabis event organizer; <br />9.30 (10) cannabis delivery service; <br />9.31 (11) lower -potency hemp edible manufacturer; <br />Article 1 Section 1. 9 <br />
