HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />10.1 (12) lower -potency hemp edible retailer; <br />10.2 (13) medical cannabis cultivator; <br />10.3 (14) medical cannabis processor; or <br />10.4 (15) medical cannabis retailer. <br />10.5 Subd. 47. Local unit of government. "Local unit of government" means a home rule <br />10.6 charter or statutory city, county, town, or other political subdivision. <br />10.7 Subd. 48. Lower -potency hemp edible. "Lower -potency hemp edible" means any <br />10.8 product that: <br />10.9 (1) is intended to be eaten or consumed as a beverage by humans; <br />10.10 (2) contains hemp concentrate or an artificially derived cannabinoid, in combination <br />i o. i i with food ingredients; <br />10.12 (3) is not a drug; <br />10.13 (4) consists of servings that contain no more than five milligrams of delta-9 <br />10.14 tetrahydrocannabinol, 25 milligrams of cannabidiol, 25 milligrams of cannabigerol, or any <br />10.15 combination of those cannabinoids that does not exceed the identified amounts; <br />10.16 (5) does not contain more than a combined total of 0.5 milligrams of all other <br />10.17 cannabinoids per serving; <br />10.18 (6) does not contain an artificially derived cannabinoid other than delta-9 <br />i o. i 9 tetrahydrocannabinol; <br />10.20 (7) does not contain a cannabinoid derived from cannabis plants or cannabis flower; and <br />10.21 (8) is a type of product approved for sale by the office or is substantially similar to a <br />10.22 product approved by the office, including but not limited to products that resemble <br />10.23 nonalcoholic beverages, candy, and baked goods. <br />10.24 Subd. 49. Matrix barcode. "Matrix barcode" means a code that stores data in a <br />10.25 two-dimensional array of geometrically shaped dark and light cells capable of being read <br />10.26 by the camera on a smartahone or other mobile device. <br />10.27 Subd. 50. Medical cannabinoid product. (a) "Medical cannabinoid product" means a <br />10.28 product that: <br />10.29 (1) consists of or contains cannabis concentrate or hemp concentrate or is infused with <br />10.30 cannabinoids, including but not limited to artificially derived cannabinoids; and <br />Article 1 Section 1. 10 <br />
