HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 110100-9 <br />11.1 (2) is provided to a patient enrolled in the registry program; a registered designated <br />11.2 caregiver; or a parent, legal guardian, or spouse of an enrolled patient, by a cannabis retailer <br />11.3 or medical cannabis retailer to treat or alleviate the symptoms of a qualifying medical <br />11.4 condition. <br />11.5 (b) A medical cannabinoid product must be in the form of: <br />11.6 (1) liquid, including but not limited to oil; <br />11.7 2 ill; <br />11.8 (3) liquid or oil for use with a vaporized delivery method; <br />11.9 (4) water-soluble cannabinoid multiparticulate, including granules, powder, and sprinkles; <br />11.10 (5) orally dissolvable product, including lozenges, gum, mints, buccal tablets, and <br />1 i . i i sublingual tablets; <br />11.12 (6) edible products in the form of gummies and chews; <br />11.13 (7) topical formulation; or <br />11.14 (8) any allowable form or delivery method approved by the office. <br />11.15 (c) Medical cannabinoid broduct does not include adult -use cannabis products. <br />11.16 Subd. 51. Medical cannabis business. "Medical cannabis business" means an entity <br />11.17 licensed under this chapter to engage in one or more of the following. <br />11.18 (1) the cultivation of cannabis plants for medical cannabis flower; <br />11.19 (2) the manufacture of medical cannabinoid products: and <br />11.20 (3) the retail sale of medical cannabis flower and medical cannabinoid products. <br />11.21 Subd. 52. Medical cannabis flower. "Medical cannabis flower" means cannabis flower <br />11.22 provided to a patient enrolled in the registry program; a registered designated caregiver; or <br />11.23 a parent, legal guardian, or spouse of an enrolled patient by a cannabis retailer or medical <br />11.24 cannabis business to treat or alleviate the symptoms of a qualifying medical condition. <br />11.25 Medical cannabis flower does not include adult -use cannabis flower. <br />11.26 Subd. 53. Medical cannabis paraphernalia. "Medical cannabis paraphernalia" means <br />11.27 a delivery device, related supply, or educational material used by a patient enrolled in the <br />11.28 registry program to administer medical cannabis and medical cannabinoid products. <br />11.29 Subd. 54. Nonintoxicating cannabinoid. "Nonintoxicating cannabinoid" means a <br />11.30 cannabinoid that when introduced into the human body does not impair the central nervous <br />Article 1 Section 1. 11 <br />
