<br />29.1 (6) give for no remuneration two ounces or less of adult -use cannabis flower, eight grams
<br />29.2 or less of adult -use cannabis concentrate, or edible cannabis products and lower -potency
<br />29.3 hemp edibles infused with 800 milligrams or less of tetrahydrocannabinol to an individual
<br />29.4 who is at least 21 years of age; and
<br />29.5 (7) use adult -use cannabis flower and adult -use cannabis products in the followi
<br />29.6 locations:
<br />29.7 (i) a private residence, including the individual's curtilage or yard;
<br />29.8 (ii) on private property, not generally accessible by the public, unless the individual is
<br />29.9 explicitly prohibited from consuming cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency
<br />29. i o hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products on the property by the owner of the
<br />29.11 property; or
<br />29.12 (iii) on the premises of an establishment or event licensed to permit on -site consumption.
<br />29.13 (b) Except as provided in paragraph (c), an individual may not:
<br />29.14 (1) use, possess, or transport cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp
<br />29.15 edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products if the individual is under 21 years of age;
<br />29.16 (2) use cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived
<br />29.17 consumer products in a motor vehicle as defined in section 169A.03, subdivision 15;
<br />29.18 (3) use cannabis flower, cannabis products, or hemp -derived consumer products in a
<br />29.19 manner that involves the inhalation of smoke, aerosol, or vapor at any location where
<br />29.20 smoking is prohibited under section 144.414;
<br />29.21 (4) use or possess cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, or
<br />29.22 hemp -derived consumer products in a public school, as defined in section 120A.05,
<br />29.23 subdivisions 9, 11, and 13, or in a charter school governed by chapter 124E, including all
<br />29.24 facilities, whether owned, rented, or leased, and all vehicles that a school district owns,
<br />29.25 leases, rents, contracts for, or controls;
<br />29.26 (5) use or possess cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, or
<br />29.27 hemp -derived consumer products in a state correctional facility;
<br />29.28 (6) operate a motor vehicle while under the influence of cannabis flower, cannabis
<br />29.29 products, lower -potency he edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products,
<br />29.30 (7) give for no remuneration cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp
<br />29.31 edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products to an individual under 21 years of age; or
