HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1­10100-9 <br />30.1 (8) give for no remuneration cannabis flower or cannabis products as a sample or <br />30.2 promotional gift if the giver is in the business of selling goods or services. <br />30.3 (c) The prohibitions under paragraph (b), clauses (1) to (4), do not apply to use other <br />30.4 than by smoking or by a vaporized delivery method, possession, or transportation of medical <br />30.5 cannabis flower or medical cannabinoid products by a patient; a registered designated <br />30.6 caregiver; or a parent, legal guardian, or spouse of a patient. <br />30.E (d) A proprietor of a family or group family day care program must disclose to parents <br />30.8 or guardians of children cared for on the premises of the family or group family day care <br />30.9 program, if the proprietor permits the smoking or use of cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />30.10 lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products on the premises outside <br />30.11 of its hours of operation. Disclosure must include posting on the premises a conspicuous <br />30.12 written notice and orally informing parents or guardians. <br />30.13 Subd. 2. Home cultivation of cannabis for personal adult use. Up to eight cannabis <br />30.14 plants, with no more than four being mature, flowering plants may be grown at a single <br />30.15 residence, including the curtilage or yard, without a license to cultivate cannabis issued <br />30.16 under this chapter provided that cultivation takes place at the primary residence of an <br />30.17 individual 21 years of age or older and in an enclosed, locked space that is not open to public <br />30.18 view. <br />30.19 Subd. 3. Home extraction of cannabis concentrate by use of volatile solvent <br />30.20 prohibited. No person may use a volatile solvent to separate or extract cannabis concentrate <br />30.21 or hemp concentrate without a cannabis microbusiness, cannabis mezzobusiness, cannabis <br />30.22 manufacturer, medical cannabis processor, or lower -potency he edible manufacturer <br />30.23 license issued under this chapter. <br />30.24 Subd. 4. Sale of cannabis flower and products prohibited. No person may sell cannabis <br />30.25 flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products <br />30.26 without a license issued under this chapter that authorizes the sale. <br />30.27 Subd. 5. Importation of hemp -derived products. No person may import lower-potenc <br />30.28 hemb edibles or hemb-derived consumer broducts that are manufactured outside the <br />30.29 boundaries of the state of Minnesota with the intent to sell the products to consumers within <br />30.30 the state or to any other person or business that intends to sell the products to consumers <br />30.31 within the state without a license issued under this chapter that authorizes the importation <br />30.32 of such broducts.
