HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />33.1 (6) if the person imports or sells products infused with a total of more than 200 grams <br />33.2 but not more than 400 grams of tetrahydrocannabinol, up to $250,000 or three times the <br />33.3 retail market value of the infused product, whichever is greater; and <br />33.4 (7) if the person imports or sells products infused with a total of more than 400 grams <br />33.5 of tetrahydrocannabinol, up to $1.000,000 or three times the retail market value of the <br />33.6 infused product, whichever is greater. <br />33.7 (e) The office may assess a civil penalty of up to $500 for each plant grown in excess <br />33.8 of the limit on a person who grows more than eight cannabis plants or more than four mature, <br />33.9 flowering plants, without a license to cultivate cannabis issued under this chapter. <br />33.10 Sec. 10. [342.10] LICENSES; TYPES. <br />33.11 The office shall issue the followinLy tvnes of license: <br />33.12 <br />(1) <br />cannabis microbusiness; <br />33.13 <br />(2) <br />cannabis mezzobusiness; <br />33.14 <br />(3) <br />cannabis cultivator; <br />33.15 <br />(4) <br />cannabis manufacturer; <br />33.16 <br />(5) <br />cannabis retailer; <br />33.17 <br />(6) <br />cannabis wholesaler; <br />33.18 <br />(7) <br />cannabis transporter; <br />33.19 <br />(8) <br />cannabis testing facility; <br />33.20 <br />(9) <br />cannabis event organizer; <br />33.21 <br />(10) <br />cannabis delivery service; <br />33.22 <br />(11) <br />lower -potency hemp edible manufacturer; <br />33.23 <br />(12) <br />lower -potency hemp edible retailer; <br />33.24 <br />(13) <br />medical cannabis cultivator; <br />33.25 <br />(14) <br />medical cannabis processor; or <br />33.26 (15) medical cannabis retailer. <br />Article 1 Sec. 10. 33 <br />
